The SCT program includes four sessions held over an 18 month period, one session approximately every six months. Courses are held at the CITC in Las Vegas from 7:10 a.m. Thursday morning until 4:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon. The mentors attend a two-day workshop during Program 1, from 12:10 p.m. Friday until 3:00 p.m. Saturday. After that, all mentoring will be done on the job and the mentor does not need to attend any more sessions in Las Vegas.
