Superintendent-in-Training Program #4

Program four continues focus on technical elements and strategies for the “project cycle” including accounting, equipment management, project close-out and inspections and testing. Communication styles and skills are stressed and used in presentation exercises. Participants focus on their perspective for effective personal management and ethics.
